Job Description

In this department, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas of the hotel. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all rooms and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and ready to provide the best experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed sheets, pillow covers, and towels.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and room accessories.
• Refill guest amenities and toiletries.
• Clean hotel corridors, lobbies, and public areas.
• Coordinate with the laundry department when required.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to your supervisor.
• Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
