In this department, you will provide professional food and beverage service to guests in the hotel’s restaurants, banquet halls, and other dining areas. Your goal is to deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests politely and professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Set up and arrange restaurant tables before service.
• Clear and reset tables after guests finish dining.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Follow hotel service standards and SOPs at all times.
