Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to supervisors.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure rooms are prepared before guest check-in.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies safely.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests when required.
