Job Description

In this department, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the hotel kitchen. Your role is to ensure that all kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas remain clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Wash kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors and workstations.
• Dispose of kitchen waste according to hygiene standards.
• Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
• Support chefs by maintaining a clean working environment.
• Keep the store and washing area clean and organized.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.
• Follow all hotel safety, hygiene, and food sanitation standards.
